Theatre Nurse/ODP Scrub – Full Time

About the role

Join the Theatre Team at Park Hill Hospital to deliver high‑standard, individualized patient care in a fast‑paced operating environment. You will work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and fellow nurses to ensure safe and efficient procedures while upholding Ramsay’s policies and the Ramsay Way.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient, patient‑focused care throughout surgical procedures.
• Communicate clearly with the multidisciplinary theatre team.
• Adhere to all Ramsay Health Care policies, procedures and clinical guidelines.
• Plan and organise equipment and consumable requirements for each case.
• Support orthopaedic and other surgical specialties as needed.

Required profile

• Registered with the NMC or HCPC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated customer‑service orientation.
• Basic computer literacy.
• ALS qualification desirable.
• SFA qualification desirable.
• Major orthopaedic scrub experience desirable.
