Thermoplastic Markings Installer – Full Training Provided

About the role

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable individual to join our team installing thermoplastic markings on school playgrounds, car parks and other outdoor sites across the South of England. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal entry point for candidates with a construction or groundworks background.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and mark out project areas.
• Prepare and prime surfaces for marking.
• Heat‑apply thermoplastic markings.
• Ensure safety of the work area, especially around children in schools.
• Liaise with customers and maintain clear communication.
• Load and unload the company van and keep the work site tidy.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to work on feet all day.
• Excellent attention to detail and health & safety awareness.
• Strong problem‑solving and initiative.
• Good time‑management and ability to work alone or in a team.
• Presentable with a full clean driving licence.
• Willingness to travel, stay overnight and work during school holidays.
