Ticketing Systems Administrator

About the role

The Ticketing Systems Administrator will ensure a world‑class ticketing experience for Brighton & Hove Albion’s fans. Working at the American Express Stadium, you will support both men’s and women’s teams, handling match day set‑up, parking sales and away ticket distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Men’s First Team and U21 home match setup, parking sales and away ticket distribution.
• Manage the Amex access control system and lead administration and testing of NFC ticketing for Google and Apple.
• Lead ticketing operations for the Women’s First Team, including season ticket management and event coordination.
• Work onsite for Women’s Super League fixtures, conduct end‑of‑game reconciliations, brief staff and liaise with Crawley Town FC.

Required profile

• Passionate about systems and enjoys finding innovative solutions.
• Experience with back‑office ticketing or related systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a talent for working with numbers.
