About the role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established sheet‑metal manufacturing company in Biggleswade. The successful candidate will join a skilled production team as a TIG & MIG Welder, working on day‑shift, full‑time.
Key responsibilities
- TIG and MIG welding of sheet‑metal components.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Fabricating and assembling parts to customer specifications.
- Carrying out quality checks on completed work.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
- Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines.
Required profile
- Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding.
- Previous experience working with sheet metal.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual and positive attitude.
