TIG Welder – £33k‑£38k, Training, Early Friday Finish

About the role

We are seeking an experienced TIG welder to join a fast‑growing manufacturing team at a state‑of‑the‑art facility near Didcot. The role offers a competitive salary, on‑the‑job training, and a balanced Monday‑Friday schedule with an early finish on Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on large, bespoke equipment for energy, healthcare and marine customers.
• Assist with production and machining tasks to broaden technical expertise.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and documentation.
• Support overtime and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven TIG welding experience in a production, engineering or marine environment.
• Willingness to learn new welding techniques and undertake further training.
• Ability to commute to Didcot from surrounding areas (Abingdon, Oxford, Wantage, Colsey).
