TIG Welder – Stainless Steel Fabrication

About the role

Our client, a leading manufacturer in Camberley, is seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to join their permanent team. You will work on stainless‑steel housings, applying both TIG and MIG welding techniques while supporting continuous improvement in a busy workshop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding of stainless‑steel components.
• Fabricate and assemble metal housings according to engineering drawings.
• Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in welding/fabrication within an engineering workshop.
• Strong TIG welding skills, particularly with stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative, team‑player mindset.
