About the role

We are seeking a top‑class housekeeper to join a lovely family at their spacious property near Henley‑on‑Thames. The role is live‑out, full‑time with flexible Monday‑Friday hours, supporting the household during the week and preparing the home for the family’s weekend stays.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the residence each weekday for the family’s arrival on Friday afternoon.
• Perform daily cleaning, laundry, ironing and general housekeeping duties.
• Maintain the swimming pool, study, gym and other specialised areas, ensuring delicate materials and finishes are cared for.
• Run errands and manage supplies to keep the home well‑stocked.
• Provide turndown service after the family departs each weekend.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in a private household setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of delicate material care.
• Discreet, trustworthy and able to work independently as well as within a small team.
• Energetic, hardworking and proactive.
