About the role

The Total Reward Partner will shape and deliver a global reward strategy for a complex, international organisation. Working closely with the Head of Reward, you will lead annual reward cycles, support global mobility, and ensure compliance with evolving legislation. This high‑impact role offers a clear pathway to senior leadership in reward.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual salary review, short‑term and long‑term incentive plans and ad‑hoc reward programmes.
• Support global mobility activities and statutory reporting for mobile employees.
• Deliver regulatory reporting including CEO pay ratio, Gender Pay Gap, EU Pay Transparency and Directors' Remuneration.
• Engage senior leaders and third‑party providers, presenting updates and insights.
• Provide clear advice on complex reward queries.
• Assist the Head of Reward in executing the global reward strategy, benchmarking and workforce analytics.

Required profile

• CIPD chartered membership or equivalent specialist reward experience.
• Senior experience in reward, compensation or total reward within a complex organisation (global exposure desirable).
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical thinking.
• Confidence to act as a subject‑matter expert and present to senior leaders.
• Strong project‑management capability with a proven track record of delivering outcomes.
• Ability to work quickly, take ownership and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reward analytics and handling large data sets.
