Tour Consultant – Educational & Music Tours

About the role

We are looking for a Tour Consultant to join our concert and music tours team. Based in South West London, you will promote and sell educational concert tours across Europe for choirs, bands and orchestras.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact music teachers through targeted email campaigns to generate interest in European concert tours.
• Convert prospects using proven sales techniques and advise on destinations and performance opportunities.
• Manage warm leads, nurture relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Provide end‑to‑end support from the first enquiry until departure.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer‑service experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Passion for music and travel; a music degree or orchestral experience is a plus but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
