Trade Counter and Warehouse Person

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Trade Counter and Warehouse Person to join our Enfield team. You will be the front‑line contact for customers at the trade counter while also ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer queries and process orders at the trade counter.
• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and store stock correctly.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger re‑orders when needed.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a trade counter or warehouse environment.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly, approachable manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certification desirable).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
