About the role
This position offers the chance to work within a leading firm of patent and trade mark attorneys, providing high‑level administrative support to partners. You will be based in London with a hybrid working model, handling a variety of tasks that contribute directly to the smooth operation of the trade mark department.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices for trade mark services.
- Manage partner diaries and schedule appointments.
- Draft and process correspondence and legal documents.
- Maintain and organise client and case files.
- Assist with litigation preparation and related administrative duties.
- Provide general administrative support to the trade mark team.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in a trade mark department.
- Proven ability to prepare and issue invoices.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting senior partners or directors.
