Trade Mark Secretary

About the role

Our client, a respected firm in the Trade Marks sector, is seeking an experienced Trade Mark Secretary to join their London office. This position offers the chance to provide high‑quality secretarial and administrative support in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, check, update and finalise correspondence and other documents while liaising with clients and agents.
• Prepare and distribute client invoices, including use of electronic billing systems.
• Deliver bespoke support tailored to client needs, working with client document‑management systems and portals.
• Filter and proactively handle incoming post, providing timely reports to clients.
• Assist with litigation preparation as required.

Required profile

• Proven secretarial and administrative experience within the Trade Marks sector.
• Experience preparing and issuing a high volume of invoices.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with Inprotech is highly advantageous.
