Trading & Performance Assistant Manager Loans

About the role

We are looking for a Trading & Performance Assistant Manager for our Loans division. You will help shape the future of lending by turning insight into action and supporting decisions that improve outcomes for customers and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities using customer, market and channel insight.
• Support the development of new propositions, partnerships and digital journey improvements through analysis and clear recommendations.
• Use data, modelling and experimentation to inform pricing, demand and performance decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Pricing, Risk, Finance and Digital teams to deliver trusted insight.
• Monitor performance, highlight opportunities and issues early, and help drive actions that improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Highly numerical and data‑driven.
• Good understanding of commercial performance and finance.
