As a Traffic Dispatcher, you will be at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination between vehicle routing, driver management, and high-quality customer service.

Missions principales

• Operational Planning: Manage daily depot operations by effectively assigning and routing vehicles to optimize delivery schedules.
• Fleet & Driver Management: Oversee driver availability, monitor vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Route Optimization: Maximize vehicle utilization and optimize routes to enhance cost-efficiency and service reliability.
• Administrative Oversight: Handle essential transport administration including payroll processing, timesheets, tachograph data analysis, and detailed reporting.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and regulatory mandates.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze depot data to identify efficiency gaps and participate in employee engagement and process improvement initiatives.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in transport dispatching, logistics coordination, or a similar operational role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive cost-effective decisions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset focused on safety, compliance, and continuous operational improvement.

Competences requises

• Expertise in route optimization and fleet management software.
• Proficiency in transport administration (Tachograph regulations, payroll, and reporting).
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards in logistics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
