Traffic Marshall – Construction Site (Plymouth)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall to support a busy construction site in Plymouth. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, safety‑conscious worker who can manage site traffic and keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Direct vehicles and pedestrians safely around the site.
• Manage deliveries and support site access and egress.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, site teams and members of the public.
• Maintain safe walkways, entrances and traffic routes.
• Assist the site team with general labouring duties when required.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS card.
• Traffic Marshal or Banksman ticket.
• Previous site experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Full PPE.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
