Traffic Marshall / General Labourer (2 Vacancies)

About the role

We are looking for two reliable Traffic Marshalls who will also support general labour tasks on a busy construction site in Tonbridge. The role starts on 6 July and runs until early September, offering a temporary fixed‑term placement.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and organise incoming and outgoing site traffic and deliveries safely.
• Control vehicle access at site gates, minimising disruption to public highways.
• Ensure pedestrian and visitor safety around moving vehicles.
• Coordinate with drivers and site management to schedule smooth arrivals.
• Assist tradespeople with daily labour tasks such as clearing debris, sweeping, and moving materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS Card (essential).
• Valid Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Competency Ticket (essential).
• Full personal protective equipment (hard hat, high‑visibility vest/jacket, steel‑toe boots, gloves, safety glasses).
• Two verifiable references from recent construction projects.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and flexibility to help with labour duties.
