About the role
We are seeking a reliable Traffic Marshall to join a reputable construction firm on a project in Shaftesbury. You will ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians on site.
Key responsibilities
- Manning the site gate and overseeing deliveries.
- Banking vehicles on site and maintaining clear communication with drivers using hand signals or radio.
- Keeping traffic routes free of hazards and reporting any incidents or unsafe behaviour to the Site Manager.
- Supporting general site duties as required.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS card and Traffic Marshall ticket.
- Previous experience on construction sites.
- Ability to provide references.
- Willingness to wear required PPE (hard hat, hi‑vis vest, boots).
- Residence within the Shaftesbury area is preferred.
