Trainee Account Manager – Entry‑Level Sales Role

About the role

Join a fast‑growing communications‑technology company as a Trainee Account Manager. You will start by learning the product portfolio and market landscape, supporting senior colleagues and gradually taking ownership of smaller accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s solutions and the market they serve.
• Support senior account managers with up‑selling and cross‑selling activities.
• Independently manage and sell to lower‑spend accounts.
• Prospect new clients via LinkedIn, strategic emails and other outreach methods.
• Develop relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• After 9‑12 months, meet clients face‑to‑face and take full responsibility for the relationship.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and self‑motivation.
• Ambitious, determined and eager to succeed.
