Key responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced sales leaders to learn lead conversion, client management and deal closing.
• Reach out to potential customers, understand their needs and present our solutions.
• Nurture existing client relationships, ensuring retention and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Research market leads, conduct outreach calls/emails and book discovery meetings.
• Learn to pitch, handle objections and successfully close sales.
• Participate in structured sales training and daily mentoring sessions.
