Trainee Audiology Practitioner – Wax Removal (Microsuction)

About the role

Join Specsavers as a Trainee Audiology Practitioner and receive full training in wax removal using microsuction techniques. You will work across our Petersfield store and a nearby spoke store, delivering high‑quality hearing care to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with hearing assessments and ear health advice.
• Perform wax removal (microsuction) after completing the training programme.
• Support the audiology team in day‑to‑day operations across two store locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and reliable with a willingness to learn.
• Previous customer‑service or healthcare experience is advantageous.
• Valid driving licence and access to a car for travel between stores.
• Availability to work 3‑4 days per week, including one weekend day, between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm.

• Microsuction (wax removal) – training will be provided.
