Trainee Care Assistant

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional support.
• Follow individual care plans and report any changes in wellbeing.
• Promote dignity, independence and comfort in all interactions.
• Work collaboratively with experienced team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Required profile

• A caring, compassionate and respectful attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, reliable and motivated to learn.
• Willingness to develop a career in the care sector.
