Trainee Data Analyst

About the role

This is an entry‑level Trainee Data Analyst position designed for candidates with little or no prior experience. You will join a structured career programme that combines online training, a recognised qualification and placement support.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the CompTIA Data+ qualification (approximately 30 hours of study and a 1‑hour exam).
• Apply data‑mining techniques to extract useful information from raw datasets.
• Manipulate and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Create visualisations and reports that support business decision‑making.
• Collaborate with mentors and recruitment consultants to prepare for a full‑time data analyst role.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, analytical and perceptive.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Motivated to start a career in data analysis with limited or no prior experience.
