Trainee Dental Nurse – Reading (Full/Part Time)

About the role

Harriet Ellis Recruitment Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to start a career as a Trainee Dental Nurse in Reading. No prior experience is required – you will be trained on‑the‑job and supported to achieve full GDC registration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during clinical procedures.
• Prepare and sterilise dental instruments and equipment.
• Maintain infection‑control standards and a clean treatment environment.
• Support patient care, including record‑keeping and appointment coordination.
• Complete a practical portfolio (Record of Experience) as part of the training programme.

Required profile

• Motivation to pursue a career in dental nursing.
• Willingness to undertake a paid training programme.
• Ability to work on‑site in a dental practice in Reading.
• Commitment to complete the training, examinations and obtain GDC registration.
