Trainee Dental Nurse – South Shields

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to start a career as a Trainee Dental Nurse in South Shields. No prior experience is required – you will receive full on‑the‑job training and support to become a qualified dental nurse registered with the General Dental Council (GDC).

Key responsibilities

• Assist the dental team with patient preparation and treatment procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment in line with infection‑control standards.
• Prepare, organise and sterilise dental instruments and materials.
• Support record‑keeping and administrative tasks within the practice.
• Participate in the training programme, examinations and portfolio development.

Required profile

• Motivation to pursue a career in dental nursing.
• Willingness to undertake the training programme and associated assessments.
• Ability to work on‑site in a dental practice setting.
• Commitment to meet the payment terms for the training (deposit and instalments).
