About the role

Join Foxtons as a Trainee Estate Agent and learn how to sell and let London properties with industry‑leading training and support. You will spend your days driving a company car, conducting viewings, and building relationships with clients while working towards high‑earning commission.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales or lettings.
• Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets using Foxtons’ technology platform.
• Utilise company‑provided devices (iPhone, laptop) to manage listings and client communications.
• Drive the assigned company car for work‑related travel.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Full manual or automatic driving licence.
• Willingness to work long hours in a fast‑paced environment.
• High motivation, determination, and a hunger to succeed.
