About the role

Connells Group is seeking a motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join its residential sales team in Leavesden. This entry‑level position provides full training and a clear pathway to becoming a qualified sales negotiator within the UK’s leading property services business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and schedule property valuations.
• Conduct viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and finalize sales agreements.
• Collaborate with the branch Mortgage Advisor to arrange appointments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer care.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic internet/email tools.
