Trainee Estate Agent – Full Training Provided

About the role

This is an entry‑level opportunity for a motivated individual to start a career in the property market. You will join an award‑winning independent estate agency in Stroud, receiving comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate property sales to meet agreed targets.
• Support the sales process from instruction through to completion.
• Prepare property information following valuations.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other parties involved in the sales process.
• Generate mortgage appointments and promote additional agency services.
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with industry legislation and company procedures.

Required profile

• Passionate about Stroud with excellent local knowledge.
• Friendly, approachable and confident when speaking with people from all walks of life.
• Hard‑working, reliable and determined to build a successful career.
• Mature, professional and eager to learn.
• Well presented with excellent communication skills.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

• £27,000 training salary for the first 6‑9 months.
