Trainee Factory Operative

About the role

This full‑time, temporary position offers an immediate start with a leading manufacturer in Paddock Wood. You will receive comprehensive training in manufacturing processes and develop practical skills in a safe, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Move stock manually and using specialised equipment.
• Perform quality control checks on produced items.
• Operate specialised manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Follow health and safety regulations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Physical capability to handle manual labour and equipment.
• Desire for a practical, hands‑on role away from a desk.
• Availability to start immediately.
