Trainee Financial Adviser – Desk Based (Glasgow)

About the role

This is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Glasgow city centre, offering a structured training programme for aspiring financial advisers. You will join an award‑winning wealth management practice and receive a steady stream of client leads.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial advice covering retirement planning, savings, investments and protection.
• Deliver advice remotely via Microsoft Teams, with no travel required.
• Collaborate with a supportive leadership team and back‑office support for paperwork.
• Build and maintain client relationships across the UK.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and study support toward Chartered status.

Required profile

• Full Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Experience in a financial services environment (client‑facing, paraplanning, mortgage or administrative) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building abilities.
• Professional demeanor and proactive team‑player attitude.
