Trainee Financial Planner – Newcastle

About the role

Join Titan Wealth Planning as a Trainee Financial Planner and work within an established client bank. You will receive hands‑on training, mentorship and a clear development pathway toward full Financial Planner status.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (typically up to £250k in investable assets).
• Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations.
• Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions.
• Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth‑planning areas.
• Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the wider Titan group to identify opportunities.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations and internal processes.
• Maintain accurate and high‑quality client documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma‑qualified individual currently working in paraplanning, client management, mortgage advice or financial services administration.
• Motivation to progress to a full Financial Planner role.
• Willingness to work in a desk‑based, supported advisory environment.
• Commitment to ongoing training, mentoring and professional development.
