Trainee Financial Planner (Wigan)

About the role

Titan Wealth Planning is looking for a motivated trainee to join its advisory team in Wigan. You will work in a desk‑based environment, supporting an established client bank and gaining hands‑on experience in financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial planning advice to a portfolio of clients with up to £250k in investable assets.
• Conduct client reviews, ongoing servicing conversations and support conversion onto service propositions.
• Identify additional client needs across wealth‑planning areas and generate advice income.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the Titan group to spot cross‑selling opportunities.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations and internal processes.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma‑qualified with experience in paraplanning, client management, mortgage advice or financial services administration.
• Strong interest in progressing to a full Financial Planner role.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of wealth‑management and retirement planning concepts.
