About the role

This traineeship is designed for individuals with no prior health and safety experience who want to launch a career protecting workplaces across the UK. You will study online at your own pace, achieve recognised IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications, and receive support to secure your first health and safety position.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the IOSH Managing Safely course to understand risk control and legal duties.
• Earn the NEBOSH General Certificate covering workplace hazards and safety legislation.
• Conduct practical risk assessments and develop control recommendations.
• Work with recruitment specialists to prepare applications and interview for entry‑level roles.

Required profile

• Strong interest in health and safety and willingness to study online.
• No previous experience required; commitment to complete the training.
