About the role
We are looking for a motivated Trainee Import Freight Clerk to join our small freight forwarding team in Colnbrook. The role provides full training and support, allowing you to develop a solid foundation in freight operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior staff with import freight documentation and processing.
- Support day‑to‑day freight operations under supervision.
- Handle routine telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform basic data entry and computer‑based tasks.
Required profile
- Motivated with a keen interest in the freight industry.
- Professional telephone manner.
- PC literate and comfortable using standard office software.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
What we offer

- Competitive salary between £21,157 and £23,000 per year.
