Trainee Junior Project Manager (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Junior Project Manager in Grays. This full‑time, entry‑level position provides a fast‑track pathway into project management through a structured training programme and on‑the‑job experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers with planning, scheduling and monitoring project activities.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, status reports and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate communication between project stakeholders and help track deliverables.
• Participate in risk and issue identification and contribute to mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Organised, dependable and able to communicate clearly.
• Motivated to start a career in project management.
• Available to work full‑time and commit to the training programme.

Required skills

• None specific – training will be provided, but basic computer literacy is expected.
