About the role

The firm is offering a graduate training contract for aspiring solicitors in Canterbury. As a trainee you will join a top‑100 UK law firm and rotate through several practice areas, gaining hands‑on experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior solicitors with client matters across multiple legal disciplines.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents, pleadings and correspondence.
• Participate in meetings, attend court and client briefings under supervision.
• Undertake structured training modules and professional development sessions.
• Contribute to team work and support the firm’s high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a recognised university.
• Strong A‑levels or comparable qualifications.
• Demonstrated interest in law and a commitment to a legal career.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work collaboratively.
