Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Estate Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join an award‑winning independent estate agency in Hillingdon. This full‑time position offers a clear career pathway in residential lettings, supported by a strong training programme and a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Liaise between landlords and prospective tenants, providing up‑to‑date advice.
• Conduct property viewings and book appointments.
• Negotiate lettings contracts and register applicants.
• Generate new business and help grow market share.
• Maintain compliance with current legislation and internal policies.

Required profile

• Target‑driven, ambitious and highly motivated.
• UK resident, ideally within a 30‑minute commute to Hillingdon.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal car.
• Well‑presented, professional with a strong telephone manner.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
