Trainee Manager – Temporary Maternity Cover (9‑12 months)

About the role

Lush is seeking a Trainee Manager to cover a maternity leave for 9‑12 months. Working 32 hours per week (with the possibility to increase to 40 hours during peak months), you will support the store manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a strong, community‑focused team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in daily operations and creative store planning.
• Help recruit, train, and upskill team members to meet store goals.
• Support community outreach, partnerships with local businesses and charities.
• Contribute to setting and tracking "top box" performance targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
