Trainee Mortgage Advisor – Basildon

About the role

Join a fast‑growing estate agency and financial services business as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. You will receive full training, warm leads and administrative support to help you launch a successful career in mortgage and protection advice.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to provide mortgage and protection advice to customers.
• Build relationships with customers, introducers and estate agency branches.
• Convert warm leads into completed mortgage business.
• Manage mortgage applications from submission to completion while maintaining FCA compliance.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified or currently studying towards CeMAP (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Motivated, target‑driven and professional attitude.
• Previous sales or customer‑facing experience is advantageous.

Required skills

What we offer

• £27,000 basic salary plus £2,500 car allowance.
• Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £55,000+.
