About the role
Join Mortgage Matters as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in the Brands Hatch area. You will support clients in finding the right mortgage and protection solutions while working closely with estate agents.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with mortgage and protection advice, tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Proactively generate leads by collaborating with estate agents and building lasting relationships.
- Access the full market to source the best deals and ensure FCA compliance.
Required profile
- Excellent communicator with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Motivated, driven and eager to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passionate about helping customers and delivering high‑quality service.
Required skills
- Full driving licence and own car (essential).
What we offer
- Basic salary £27,000 with realistic earnings up to £65,000 including commission.
- Car allowance £2,500, 33 days holiday plus birthday off, pension and life insurance.
