Trainee Mortgage Advisor – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our award‑winning team in Gravesend. You will receive warm leads, comprehensive training and a clear career pathway into mortgage and protection advice within a leading financial services business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners, including estate agents.
• Generate new business through networking and estate‑agency introductions.
• Research whole‑of‑market mortgage products to identify the best solutions.
• Manage each case from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Passionate about helping customers achieve property goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, target‑driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle; must live within ~1 hour of Gravesend.
• CeMAP qualification or working towards it is desirable.

Required skills

What we offer

• £27,000 basic salary plus £2,500 car allowance.
• On‑target earnings up to £60,000 with uncapped commission.
