About the role

Join a forward‑thinking financial services brokerage as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. This is an entry‑level position designed for candidates with at least a CeMAP 1 qualification who want to launch a career in the mortgage sector, providing customers with the best mortgage and protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recommend mortgage and protection products that meet client needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the advice process.
• Work towards sales targets while supporting team members.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leads provided by the business.
• Participate in internal competitions and training initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ideally hold CeMAP 1 or an equivalent mortgage advice qualification.
• Strong motivation, professionalism and ambition to excel.
• Ability to work hard, meet targets and enjoy a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for helping customers finance their ideal property.
