Trainee Mortgage Advisor – Entry Level Mortgage Role

About the role

Our client, a forward‑thinking financial services brokerage, is looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team in Gillingham. This is an entry‑level position designed for candidates who already hold CeMAP 1 (or an equivalent mortgage advice qualification) and are eager to start a career in the mortgage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recommend mortgage and protection products that meet customers’ needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the mortgage application process.
• Work towards sales targets and contribute to the team’s growth.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Possession of CeMAP 1 or an equivalent mortgage advice qualification (preferred).
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong motivation, professionalism and a drive to exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
