Trainee Mortgage Advisor

About the role

Join the Fox & Sons branch in Gosport as a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor. This position is ideal for a CeMAP‑qualified individual who wants to launch a career in mortgage and protection advice within a supportive, training‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues to generate referrals.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the mortgage and protection process.
• Develop knowledge and advisory skills through coaching and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
