About the role
Join Mortgage Matters in the Thanet area as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. You will receive a competitive salary package, a car allowance and the opportunity to earn up to £65,000 including commission.
Key responsibilities
- Help clients find suitable mortgage and protection solutions.
- Proactively generate leads by working with estate agents.
- Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Access the full market to tailor the best deals for customers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure FCA compliance and uphold company values.
Required profile
- Excellent communicator with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Driven, motivated and eager to succeed in a sales‑oriented environment.
- Passionate about helping customers achieve their home‑ownership goals.
