About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Guide customers through the mortgage and protection process from start to finish.
• Develop advisory expertise through ongoing coaching and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, motivated and keen to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
