Trainee Occupational Health Technician – Full‑time, Mobile Unit

About the role

This full‑time permanent position offers a hands‑on trainee role within an Occupational Health team serving clients across Somerset. You will operate a mobile medical unit, providing health screening and surveillance while staying overnight on a weekly basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health screening and health surveillance for a variety of client organisations.
• Drive and operate a mobile medical unit to client sites throughout the Somerset area.
• Stay overnight on a weekly basis as required to complete assessments.
• Collaborate with senior OH professionals to deliver a high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Relevant background such as a Sports Science degree, Emergency Medical Technician qualification, or experience as a Health Care Assistant.
