Trainee or Experienced Mortgage Adviser (Remote)

About the role

This fully remote position offers the chance to join an award‑winning mortgage broker based in Glasgow. Whether you are just starting out or have several years of experience, you will work with high‑quality leads to provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on application progress.
• Collaborate with the management and administration teams for seamless client service.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Motivation to achieve on‑target earnings and grow within the business.

Required skills

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
