About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organised individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a pharmacy setting. Whether you are starting as a trainee or already hold a pharmacy assistant qualification, you will join our team in Carlisle to help provide a high‑quality prescription experience.

Key responsibilities

Work alongside pharmacists and store teams to ensure efficient delivery of pharmacy processes and excellent customer care.
Maintain a high level of competence to safely dispense medication and act as a trusted source of advice for customers.

Required profile

Friendly, organised and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
For the qualified role, an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or an equivalent qualification is essential (trainees may develop this qualification on the job).
