Trainee Paraplanner – Hybrid Working, Study Support

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Trainee Paraplanner to join a growing wealth management firm in Glasgow. This hybrid position offers the chance to develop technical knowledge, gain hands‑on experience and work alongside seasoned Financial Advisers while studying for professional qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Support research of financial products and providers.
• Assist with suitability reports and client recommendations.
• Help advisers with retirement, investment, and protection planning.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Develop technical expertise through ongoing training and support.

Required profile

• Experience in Financial Services with paraplanning knowledge and working towards a relevant financial qualification.
• A keen interest in Financial Planning and Wealth Management.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Motivation to progress towards professional qualifications.
