Trainee Phlebotomist – Full Training Provided

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Phlebotomist to join Bluecrest Wellness as a Health Assessment Specialist. The role offers full training, a competitive salary plus commission and benefits, and the chance to help customers take control of their health across a variety of well‑presented venues in London.

Key responsibilities

• Work four 10‑hour shifts per week (40 hours total) with flexible start times between 6 am and 10 pm.
• Travel to assigned venues, sometimes up to two hours away, and set up equipment for daily health assessments.
• Greet and assist 15‑22 customers per day, conducting assessments such as PADECG and, once qualified, phlebotomy.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a professional, empathetic customer experience.
• Request up to two days off per month for personal reasons.

Required profile

• Passion for health and wellbeing with a strong desire to help people.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, accuracy and high energy.
• Residency in Tottenham, Wood Green, Finsbury Park, Edmonton, Chingford, Woodford, Enfield or Camden Town.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Phlebotomy (training provided, qualification achieved on the job).
• PADECG health assessment protocol.

What we offer

• Starting salary £28,922 per year plus commission, overtime and benefits (OTE up to £34,000).
